Delete your DateVibe account

You can delete your DateVibe account and all data associated with it at any time. DateVibe is operated by Xavier Ballesteros. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, or by sending us a request from this page. You do not need to have the app installed to request deletion.

Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app

1. Open DateVibe and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Pause or delete your account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

If you are signed in on this device, you can go straight there: Account settings.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app required)

If you have uninstalled DateVibe, cannot sign in, or simply prefer it, send us a deletion request and we will process it for you:

No purchase, subscription or other step is required before deleting your account. DateVibe has no paid tiers.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your DateVibe account, including:

• your name, email address and login credentials;
• your profile, photos, bio and personality answers;
• your city and any location information you provided;
• your availability slots, matches and chat messages;
• your app usage and interaction records.

Timing and retention

Your account and profile are removed from the DateVibe service immediately, so other users can no longer see you or contact you. Your data is then held for a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion and recover your account, after which it is permanently and irreversibly erased from our systems.

We may retain a limited amount of information for longer only where the law requires it, or where it is strictly necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or harm to other users — for example, a record that an account was banned for a safety violation. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
