Child Safety Standards

DateVibe strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”), including child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), on its service. DateVibe (“DateVibe,” “we,” “us”) has a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and CSAM. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our service, and how anyone can report a concern. They apply to all users and all content on DateVibe. CSAE and CSAM are prohibited in every form and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

1. Adults only — no minors

DateVibe is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Creating an account requires confirming that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the service, and we restrict access to users that app stores or our own signals identify as under 18. Any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor is removed.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

DateVibe explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. The following are strictly prohibited on DateVibe:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, in any format.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, meet, or sexualize a minor.
• Trafficking, sextortion, or facilitation of child exploitation of any kind.
• Impersonating a minor, or misrepresenting your age to gain access to the service.
• Sharing links, contact information, or off-platform channels intended to distribute or obtain CSAE material.

3. How we prevent and detect abuse

• Age gating at sign-up and enforcement of an 18+ audience across the app.
• In-app tools that let any user block and report another user or any content at any time.
• Review of reports and proactive removal of accounts and content that violate these standards.
• Permanent termination of accounts involved in CSAE, without prior notice.

4. Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child safety, please report it immediately. You can:

• Use the in-app Report option on any profile, message, or piece of content, or
• Email us directly at safety@datevibe.io.

We review every child-safety report and act on credible reports as quickly as possible.

5. Our response and cooperation with authorities

When we identify apparent CSAE, we remove the content, terminate the responsible account(s), preserve relevant information as required by law, and report to the appropriate authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities investigating child exploitation.
